Today's Breakfast
Today I made Eggs/Omelet
8 Eggs
1/2 C. Almond Milk
1 tbs. Coconut Oil
Sprinkle seasonings to taste.
(No Salt Added)
Black Pepper,Lemon Pepper,Red Pepper, Italian Seasoning,Parsley.
